Having lived in Colorado for over 30 years, Kim has seen the crazy market changes that have puzzled many. Her education was obtained through Colorado State University where she received her degree in Speech Communication. Her drive and love for working with people lead her to a career in hospitality. Kim was with Marriott for 14 years as a successful Senior Sales Executive. This experience provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively searching for the best home for her clients.

Kim has been married since 2006 and has two amazing kids. When not working you will find Kim running around with her two kids to different sporting events that they are either participating in or watching. The family can be found hiking around beautiful Colorado with their dog or skiing. Kim’s passions tend to lead her to whipping up amazing meals and tasting wines with friends.
